I know I gave you an orange mango smoothie recipe last week, but this is the best green smoothie recipe I’ve come up with and it’s the one Eric and I drink every morning, so I wanted to share it with you!
This weekend we were busy hosting brunch for my brother-in-law’s birthday and some of my recipes got real life taste-testing experience. We devoured my paleo Dutch Baby topped with strawberry chia seed jam, scrambled eggs, sweet potato breakfast potatoes and fruit. It was delicious and a wonderful time to gather with the family.
This orange mango smoothie tastes like a homemade Orange Julius, but it’s dairy free! It’s pretty much sunshine in a glass. I even snuck a vegetable in!
I start nearly every workday morning with a green smoothie (weekends are for waffles and sweet potato hash!) and it has proved to be the best way for me to start my day! Filling my body with raw, nourishing, whole foods gives me a burst of energy to start on the right foot.
