Best Green Smoothie | This is the Pineapple Spinach Smoothie recipe I make every morning. It provides an energy boost for a productive morning and I look forward to eating it every day! I know I gave you an orange mango smoothie recipe last week, but this is the best green smoothie recipe I’ve come up with and it’s the one Eric and I drink every morning, so I wanted to share it with you!

This weekend we were busy hosting brunch for my brother-in-law’s birthday and some of my recipes got real life taste-testing experience. We devoured my paleo Dutch Baby topped with strawberry chia seed jam, scrambled eggs, sweet potato breakfast potatoes and fruit. It was delicious and a wonderful time to gather with the family.

Loaded Hash Browns (GF, DF)

This recipe for loaded hash browns has incredible flavor and texture. The hash browns are crispy and perfectly seasoned, the eggs are creamy and the bell peppers melt in your mouth. A delicious recipe for brunch, the recipe also has paleo and vegan options. [gluten free, dairy free] Man oh man oh man are these loaded hash browns good. My favorite thing about them is that without much thought, they turned out incredible! On a whim I just had the idea and ran with it.

The hash browns are crispy crunchy, the eggs are creamy and the bell peppers are cooked till they melt in your mouth. Plus, it’s perfectly seasoned and has just a hint of sweetness from the coconut oil. Drooling yet?
