I’d attempted a peanut butter truffle recipe over the holidays that seemed similar and it absolutely failed, so I kind of assumed this would be another recipe I couldn’t make work. But as soon as I tried these No-Bake Cinnamon Vanilla Breakfast Protein Bites, I was hooked on them as a snack and ready to develop my own recipe!
