When I first embarked on this health journey, I couldn’t find enough resources for healthy cooking and eating to keep me satisfied! After watching all of the best documentaries on Netflix about health and food, and binge reading Mark Bittman, Michael Pollan, and the like, I decided to create a spot where people can find resources about healthy living, the effects of our food system on the environment, becoming a better cook, and more.
